The fee for Assisted Living Respite Services is $100.00 per day. 

Assisted Living Respite:

• 24 Hour Staffing
• Three Meals Daily with Meal Reminders
• Daily Social & Recreation Programs
• Furnished Apartment
• Full Housekeeping & Linen Change Weekly along with:
• Daily Bed Making
• Trash Removal Daily
• Personal Laundry once a week
• Bathing Assistance Twice per Week
• Utilities (excluding Telephone)
• State of the Art Emergency Call System
• Apartment Maintenance/Repair
• Scheduled Transportation to Local Medical Appointments within Winter Haven

  The fee for Assisted Living Respite Services is $125.00 per day.  A physician signed Form 1823 is required prior to move in.
